A stink bug feeds on parsley buds. Its proboscis is a straw-like mouthpart used to suck out plant juices.

I have to say, even though the stink bug and its very prominent proboscis is the subject here, my favorite part is the parsley: its buds are an example of a tiny “hidden” beauty. They make pretty good bokeh, too.
