This is the first post featuring a series of buds I shot a while back. They have been waiting to blossom, if you will, in a dark cold folder on my computer. (Color version after the break.)

Nice to see you posting again. I generally prefer color and do in this instance too although I think the B&W does work. In the color version I like the very light blue background with the browns and tans of the bud. Hope you have a couple more cold buds to share.

  Thanks, David. I’m going to try to keep it going. I certainly have enough photos even though I haven’t shot in a long time. Plenty of buds. I’m pretty torn between the b&w’s and colors, but I do like the light blue background (which is the sky of course) also.
