Peek-a-Bee (Sweat Bee, Halictidae)

A small solitary bee (perhaps a miner bee) sits inside a yellow dandelion flower, facing forward, one of the petals obscuring half of its face. (In black and white)
A miner bee(?) sweat bee peeks out through a dandelion. (black and white version)

Little bees like this one are delightful creatures, purposeful and diligent, solitary and self-contained. I think it is a mason or miner bee, but not sure. Most likely a sweat bee in family Halictidae. (Color version below.)
