With a Twist (Dandelion, Taraxacum sp.)

A dandelion twists around itself.

The dandelions have been out a while and the first wave of seedy puffballs have already taken to the wind. I’m not sure if these twisted blossoms ever unfurl, but they certainly look interesting.

    1. Thanks, David! Dandelions are pretty interesting, I think, and probably underrated because of their ubiquity. They also make a nice salad if you like your greens a little bitter.
